Herbs and Bones comes to life by just me and my little hands. Please remember that the time it takes to process each order can vary.

All orders are processed between 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

You can always reach out to me if you have concerns with the timing of the product delivery. I will do my best to work with you on that. 

Reasons for any delay would be due to problems outside of my control. Examples: incliment weather, or a high volume of orders. Etc.

As of right now, shipping is only within the Unitied States.
One day I hope to extend shipping internationally, but it's just not feasible at the moment.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number (there will be no available tracking for small sized orders like mini prints,stickers,bookmarks etc.) you can use this to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at [email protected] with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

I will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
I will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
