Products
Wyrd Mates are handmade, customizable art dolls and accessories offered under the Herbs and Bones brand. Due to the nature of customization, each Wyrd Mate may vary slightly from its description or images on the website. All other products offered are also handmade and may experience slight variations due to their unique, handcrafted nature.
Order Process
Once a Wyrd Mate order is placed, it cannot be modified unless you contact me before receiving the “Welcome Wyrd World” confirmation email or within 24 hours. Custom orders take 1-4 weeks, depending on the order volume. I reserve the right to cancel orders if necessary, with a full refund.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be made at the time of order. I reserve the right to adjust pricing for sales, promotions, or changes in production costs.
Intellectual Property
All designs, products, and content on the Herbs and Bones website, including all Wyrd Mates designs and associated content, are the intellectual property of Herbs and Bones. You may not reproduce, sell, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties. I am also not liable for minor product variations due to the handmade nature of the dolls and other products.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your regular custom order, please notify me within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, refunds may not be issued due to the custom nature of the work.
Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider.

Ultimate Customization: For additional costs, I offer an “Ultimate Customization” option, allowing you to create your Wyrd Mate from head to toe, selecting every detail. To inquire about this service, you can go to the Commission Requests section on the website or email me for more information and pricing, which will vary based on your specifications.
Timeline
Production Time: Regular custom orders typically take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete, Ultimate custom orders can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and current workload. I will provide you with an estimated completion date upon confirmation of your order.
Delays: While I strive to meet estimated timelines, please understand that unexpected delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products. I will keep you informed of any changes to your estimated completion date.
