Exchanges
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I cannot accept exchanges or returns on customized items or commissions.
Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process

Modifications: Once a regular custom order is confirmed, modifications cannot be made unless discussed and agreed upon before production. If you need to change any details, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your regular custom order, please notify me within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, refunds may not be issued due to the custom nature of the work.
Refunds

Production Time: Regular custom orders typically take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete, Ultimate custom orders can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and current workload. I will provide you with an estimated completion date upon confirmation of your order.
Delays: While I strive to meet estimated timelines, please understand that unexpected delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products. I will keep you informed of any changes to your estimated completion date.
